On behalf of the Ernie Pyle Chapter of the Military Order of the Purple Heart I would like to express our appreciation to the manager and staff of the Hwy 58 Branch of First Volunteer Bank for putting on a Veterans Day lunch in the lobby of your bank on Friday, November 9th. It was a cold and rainy day and Army, Marines (Happy Birthday by the way), Navy and Air Force Veterans were all welcomed. The warmth and acknowledgement received from the staff and many of the non-veteran customers that passed through while conducting their banking business was truly appreciated by all that were able to attend.
